Syntax for timestamp
The timestamp is based on the ISO 8601 format. It has the following syntax:
YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS

YYYY Must be 4 digits describing the year

MM Must be 2 digits describing the month
-
DD Must be 2 digits describing the day
-
HH Must be 2 digits describing the hour
-
MM Must be 2 digits describing the minute
-
SS Must be 2 digits describing the second
All digits must be present. A valid timestamp is "2011-12-03T10:15:30"
