Customers need Data Shops that are easier to navigate, simpler to understand, and better able to support sensitive or complex requests. Current limitations can make it harder to control approval decisions, track business-level order progress, discover relevant Data Shops, reuse common request setups, and create intuitive forms for end users.
Customers benefit from a more guided and efficient ordering experience, better transparency into request progress, and improved control for sensitive use cases. These changes help users find the right Data Shops faster, submit requests more confidently, and understand outcomes more clearly. At the same time, administrators gain more flexible tools to organize Data Shops, design better forms, and support governance requirements.
