Description

BCV5 copies, updates and replicates DB2 objects fast and efficient. BCV5 copies tablespaces and indexes between different DB2 subsystems or within the same subsystem. It features a built-in copy tool that works directly at the VSAM level, making it significantly faster than the traditional UNLOAD/LOAD method. Compared to conventional copying techniques, BCV5 saves approxamately 90% of copying time and resource usage. One customer even reduced their copy time from ten hours to just 45 minutes by switching from UNLOAD/LOAD to BCV5.

Temporary Key

If you are a licensed user of UBS Hainer products you can request a temporary license key in situations where your originally issued key does not work. Scenarios include changing a CPU-ID, increasing the capacity of an LPAR beyond the licensed capacity, or the execution of UBS Hainer products at disaster recovery sites.
